A One-Man Air Raid Siren
JAMES ROGUSKI is sounding the alarm. On Remembrance Day, nations honour their fallen warriors and remind all survivors of the costs of war, lest we forget. JAMES alerts us to threats today!
Modern Warfare
Bombs, guns and air-raid sirens are so “old school”. Information warfare is cleaner, insidious, unobtrusive and much more effective.
Information warfare, besides propaganda, includes the negotiation of treaties, “memoranda of understanding” (MOU), pacts, international conventions and agreements, and other documents with similar names. This kind of war is carried out by men in suits and women dressed in the kind of attire that signals their significance and influence.
A Pandemic Response agreement has been under negotiation for many months. It is considered by many skeptics to represent a method of clandestine warfare designed to hand control of the global response to all future pandemics to the World Health Organization.
It is now “the 11th hour”. An agreement may be inked as soon as November 19, 2024. Many unanswered questions and concerns remain, yet it is quite possible that Canada will wave the white flag of submission. Likely the USA too, among many other nations.
Who will wave Canada’s white flag? Read on.
What is Fifth-generation Warfare?
Wikipedia informs us about the Generations of Warfare. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Generations_of_warfare
Fifth-generation warfare is conducted primarily through non-kinetic military action, such as social engineering, misinformation, and cyberattacks, along with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and fully autonomous systems. Fifth generation warfare (5GW) has been described by Daniel Abbot as a war of "information and perception".[2]
Enter our champion.
James Roguski is a modern day “5GW General” leading the a populist defence against a particular 5GW threat perpetrated by an unelected globalist cabal - the World Health Organization (W.H.O.).
Last night I, and some 50 other members of a private group, were treated to a Zoom presentation by James Roguski followed by a Q&A, a 90 minute meeting. His introduction was posted as:
James Roguski is a researcher, author, natural health proponent and an activist who believes that the old systems are rightfully crumbling, so we must build their replacements quickly. In March 2022, he uncovered documents regarding proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations and was instrumental in raising awareness about them. James has also been doing everything possible to expose the WHO's hidden agenda behind their proposed "pandemic agreement” as well as the fraudulent use of the PCR process as a diagnostic “test”. His vision for the future can be summarized by the phrase: “Let’s get out of the WHO and on with the NEW".
James conducted a masterclass in highlighting the threats to national sovereignty represented by the W.H.O. as it seeks to establish a “pandemic treaty” that will empower its members to announce and lead the response to all future global pandemics.
I asked BING Copilot to answer this question: “What are the key issues addressed in the pandemic treaty that the World Health Organization is attempting to establish?”
Sent by Copilot:
The World Health Organization (WHO) is working on a pandemic treaty to enhance global preparedness and response to future pandemics. Here are some of the key issues being addressed:
Equity in Access: Ensuring fair and equitable access to vaccines, treatments, and other essential supplies during pandemics1.
Global Coordination: Strengthening international collaboration and coordination for pandemic response, including data sharing and joint research efforts2.
Financing: Establishing sustainable financing mechanisms for pandemic preparedness and response3.
Supply Chain and Logistics: Improving the resilience of global supply chains to ensure the timely delivery of critical medical supplies3.
Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing (PABS): Creating frameworks for the sharing of pathogens and the benefits derived from them, such as vaccines and treatments3.
Intellectual Property Rights: Addressing issues related to intellectual property to facilitate the development and distribution of pandemic-related products3.
Legal and Regulatory Frameworks: Enhancing legal and regulatory measures to support pandemic preparedness and response4.
These efforts aim to build a more robust global health system capable of effectively managing future pandemics and minimizing their impact on health, societies, and economies.
Two Canadian 5GW Warriors.
Earlier yesterday, I listened to a long (3 hours) podcast provided by Sheldon Yakiwchuk, host of the Substack publication ‘Yakk Stack’ (@yakkstack).
Sheldon’s interview featured two Canadian 5GW warriors who are sounding another siren to inform and prepare Canadians for future threats. Armed with deep scientific expertise, they discuss their book and express serious concerns if the W.H.O leaders succeed in signing Canada and the USA to the PANDEMIC TREATY.
As I listened to the two chief authors of the soon-to-be-released book Down the Covid19 Rabbit Hole, I gained a richly-informed appreciation of the importance of the work that James Roguski is doing and the significance of the many errors in Canada’s response to the alleged “greatest pandemic in the last 100 years”.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in the United States, referred to COVID-19 as the most significant pandemic since the 1918 influenza pandemic.
The authors of Down the Covid19 Rabbit Hole, both scientists, expertly pull back the curtain on Fauci’s fallacious claim with over 1100 published citations to back them up.
James recommends public action.
In his presentation, Roguski suggested that concerned Canadians identify the diplomats and public officials who are responsible for representing Canada in pandemic treaty negotiations with the W.H.O.
BING Copilot answered this question and a couple more:
Canada’s involvement in the development of the World Health Organization’s pandemic treaty is led by Jean-Yves Duclos, the Minister of Health1. Additionally, Patricia McCullagh, the Deputy Permanent Representative of Canada to the United Nations in Geneva, has been actively engaged in discussions related to the treaty2.
Would you like to know more about Canada’s role in these negotiations or the specifics of the pandemic treaty?
Canada collaborates with other countries in the pandemic treaty negotiations through a multi-faceted approach:
Engagement with International Partners: Canada works closely with other WHO member states to develop a comprehensive pandemic agreement. This collaboration aims to strengthen global pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response1.
Whole-of-Government Approach: Canada employs a whole-of-government strategy, involving various federal departments and agencies to ensure a coordinated national response1.
Inclusive Stakeholder Engagement: Canada actively involves a wide range of stakeholders, including provincial and territorial governments, Indigenous organizations, civil society, the private sector, and academic experts. This inclusive approach ensures that diverse perspectives are considered in the treaty negotiations2.
Equity and Global Cooperation: Canada emphasizes the importance of equity in pandemic preparedness and response. This includes ensuring equitable access to pandemic response products and services and addressing the needs of marginalized groups2.
Public Health Expertise: Canada shares its public health expertise and experiences with international partners to contribute to the development of effective global health strategies1.
Canada advocates for several key principles in the pandemic treaty negotiations:
1. Global Cooperation: Emphasizing the importance of international collaboration to enhance global pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response¹.
2. Equity: Ensuring equitable access to pandemic response products and services, particularly for marginalized and vulnerable populations².
3. Strengthening Health Systems: Advocating for robust health systems that can effectively detect, understand, and respond to public health emergencies².
4. Accountability: Promoting collective action and accountability among nations to ensure commitments are met and effective measures are implemented¹.
5. One Health Approach: Integrating a One Health approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health².
6. Transparency and Data Sharing: Supporting transparent communication and the sharing of data and information to improve global health security⁴.
These principles guide Canada's efforts to contribute to a comprehensive and effective pandemic treaty.

I don’t feel adequately informed or represented.
I can only speak for myself. Everting I have learned about “representation democracy”, particularly over the past five years, leaves me with absolutely no trust in those elected representatives and unelected officials who I pay through my taxes to “watch my six”.
If only I, and every other informed and skeptical Canadian, could OPT OUT of every agreement signed between Canadian governments and global institutions. I want to decide for myself who to trust, OR NOT, of most powerful of the globalist organizations: the W.H.O, United Nations, World Bank, IMF, IBS, WTO, IPCC, and the WEF . They all appear to follow a similar playbook which leads eventually to a One World Order under the control of the elites who comprise their ‘exclusive club of wealth, power and privileges’.
Groups like ICLEI, and many other “second tier” organizations, are quietly meeting government officials behind closed doors to sign agreements of support. In this manner, they promote globalist mandates by stealth. This gradually and unobtrusively undermines the sovereignty of nations like Canada at the local and provincial levels.
The widespread adoption of DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) policies in every government office is a testament to the effectiveness of their campaigns.
These groups are well-funded, patient, and adequately organized to carry out a carefully orchestrated and increasingly successful long term plan.
Beware of wolves dressed in sheep costumes.
They may be globalist representatives who seek to pull the wool over your eyes.
Well said, Gene. It's good that you're drawing attention to this. The Privy Council's totally undemocratic 'treaties' and 'agreements' are a travesty, and should be exposed! Thanks for shining a light on these issues.
