Climate Change Witchcraft
I bet you thought that witchcraft ended centuries ago but it is alive, thriving and has taken on new forms.
Witches and warlocks were early pioneers.
They mastered the art of exploiting the power of words to frighten the masses and understood that their “spells” would spread far and wide by word-of-mouth, gossip and the rumour mill. Their “powers” became legendary. Public fear gradually became so extreme that the masses eventually acted to end their reigns of terror.
Today’s witchcraft is institutionalized.
Spells and witches brew are no longer cooked up in boiling cauldrons of ‘eye of newt’ or ‘adder’s tongue’. Our modern witches and warlocks are seen on election campaign trails where they promise to cast spells designed to protect everyone from the evils of climate change, circulating viruses and all manner of evils lurking around every corner and under every child’s bed.
Every year, Halloween is celebrated much to the delight of children and every business owner who cashes in on its profitable bonanza. On the last day of October, kids trape through neighbourhoods dressed as witches, warlocks and every manifestation of evil character, superhero and fairie princess you can imagine. For the other 364 days, spells of public policy, funded by mountains of taxation and public debt, work their magic on us all. Make no mistake, this is modern “witchcraft” at its most powerful.
“Climate change” is today’s most powerful spell.
The super powers of those two words are legendary along with the witches and warlocks of Climate Alarmist fame include names like Al Gore, Greta Thunberg and David Suzuki. Those captured within the “climate change” spell include Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Minister of Environment and Climate Change Steven Guilbeault.
Average citizens are entitled to their beliefs, including the Climate Crisis myth, according to local Mayor Doug Elmslie. As a Libertarian , I agree, but with the proviso that their beliefs do not harm or agress against any other Canadian as prescribed by the Bill of Rights and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
However, our most powerful legislators and public administers take an oath to put aside their personal biases and represent every citizen equally, fairly and with respect. It is essential because they are entrusted with privileged access to the hottest cauldron of all — the HONEY POT. This is my metaphor for the receptacle which contains all public money plus every legal statute from which that men like Justin and Steven draw on their powers to cast their “spells” and make them work across our nation.
The ‘climate change’ spell is truly magical and powerful.
Whenever there is a flood, tornado, hurricane or forest fire, it was caused by Climate Change according to the popular myth. Those two words are the spell which is repeated endlessly to reinforce the mass formation psychosis which holds too many citizens frozen in fear like a deer caught in the headlights of an incoming vehicle.
Wherever an increase in “vector-borne disease” occurs, such as Lyme Disease, it too is caused by Climate Change. This linked government report lists the five primary categories of concern that are attributed to the magic powers of “climate change”.
If one category, Air Quality deterioration, should be reported, then the odourless and invisible gas CO2 always gets the blame. CO2 is the greatest villain that the “Climate Change” spell always invokes and showcases as the one to defeat with the superpowers of public policy. More waste of the honey pot’s valuable resources inevitably ensues.
End institutional witchcraft.
Too many Canadian voters have succumbed to the Climate Change spell for much too long. It's time to break the spell. Our ancestors cast out the witches and warlocks of old. We can cast out today's witches and warlocks and forever stop them from using the public honey pot to enslave us to their phobias.
Canadians must hold the inhabitants of every public institution to a much higher standard than accepting their magic spells as the basis of public policies and wasteful spending.
HOW?
DO NOT TRUST unsubstantiated claims.
Here is what a prompt to ChatGPT says about the claim that “97% of scientists have agreed that climate change is a threat”. It…
“… has been widely circulated in the media and political discourse. However, it is difficult to trace the origin of this claim to a single source.
According to a fact-checking article by The New York Times, the claim was first made by the University of Queensland’s John Cook in a 2013 paper published in the journal Environmental Research Letters 1. Cook and his colleagues analyzed 11,944 abstracts from scientific papers published between 1991 and 2011 and found that 97% of those that expressed an opinion on climate change endorsed the consensus view that it is caused by human activity 1.
It is worth noting that Cook’s study has been criticized for its methodology and for conflating the consensus on human-caused climate change with the more general consensus on climate change 2. Nevertheless, the claim has been widely cited in subsequent studies, reports, and political speeches.”
VERIFY THE SCIENCE behind the spells.
If Steven Guilbeault, or any of his acolytes, claim a Climate Crisis to be real, insist that they provide scientific proof. Accept only scientific research studies, published in reputable journals, which provide readers access to the research hypothesis, test design & methodology employed, collected data sets, stated conclusions and a thorough discussion of these. References to other publications which do not meet this standard of verification are unacceptable.
Someone with the resources available to him like the federal Minister of Environment and Climate Change should have provided a web portal to the key Science studies that inform federal Climate Change policies long ago. The fact that he has not done so speaks volumes concerning his commitment (or lack thereof) to provide transparency to the Canadian people. This lack of transparency challenges the very basis upon which the entire federal Department under his authority should continue to exist.
Well said, nicely done.
I am wondering of late why the energy efficiency of new homes is expected to increase exponentially when we are being subjected to global warming ?
Just to raise the cost of new houses needlessly ?
