Critical Thinking about Fossil Fuels
Thinking cannot be “critical” unless all sides and legitimate aspects of a topic are considered carefully and honestly.
“Alex Epstein is a philosopher first and and energy expert second.”
His new book focuses on providing an intellectual and common sense framework to think about the pros and cons of fossil fuels - the benefits as well as the risks.
This interview with Alex allows him to promote his book in his own words and to encourage critical things approaches to critical, complex topics such as Climate Change policies. He is an impressive thinker.
I hope that millions of people read his book.
However, I am pessimistic that it will survive the tsunami of information sources that support the Net-Zero GHG mainstream narrative. That tsunami is endless. It is perpetrated by governments, popular media, educators and others who are impervious to arguments that are derived from sound critical thinking.
Promote his book
If you know anyone who is obsessed by the ubiquitous Climate Change Armageddon narratives, suggest this book to them. Explain its benefit to him or her: that it offers a golden opportunity to strengthen their critical thinking on this topic by considering the popular arguments of others who do not feel threatened by the use of fossil fuels.
