Failed Liberal Policies
If you are still looking for a reason to kick all “progressives” out of Parliament - Liberals, NDP, Green, BQ - just watch and listen as Justin Trudeau recounts his socialist “successes” on CNN.
My apologies to queasy Justin watchers.
If you are anything like me, I feel the need to pop a Gravol whenever I watch out-going Prime Minister Justin Trudeau speaking before TV cameras.
Notice that he will only meet with the likes of CNN’s Jake Tapper for a 10 minute interview, but he would never agree to a long form podcast interview by giants like Tucker Carlson, Lex Fridman, Joe Rogan, Tom Woods, Dr. Jordan Peterson or even Canada’s own Trish Woods. Any one of those podcast hosts has far greater public reach than Jake Tapper, and I see no reason why any of them would refuse to talk with Justin for an hour or two the way Jordan Peterson did with Pierre Poilievre on January 2, 2025.
In ten short minutes …
Even in his best suit, nicely combed hair, (I couldn’t see his socks 🙄), and the “sunny ways” demeanour that made him so popular with Canadian voters in 2015, it took less that a minute ten with Jake Tapper for me to reach for Gravol.
A phony amateur actor for his entire term as Prime Minster, Trudeau embarrassed me as a Canadian, perhaps for the last time on the international stage. He came across as smug, even smarmy, in front of Tapper and his American audience. Justin, Canada’s top narcissist, revealed once again how superficial, out-of-touch and ill-informed he has been since 2016 while he ruled from his “throne of elites” in Ottawa.
One might think that after ten years as PM, Trudeau may have gained some wisdom and sophistication by now. None of this was evidence suggesting possibly a learning disability?
In the recent Poilievre-Peterson podcast interview, they commented on Trudeau’s 64 scandals of which 6 of them would have resulted with the Prime Minister’s resignation and call for election if Justin had any ethical or moral conscience. Instead, King Trudeau found ways to extent his totalitarian reign over a majority of Canadians who have wanted him gone for years, along with the equally pathetic NDP leader Jagmeet Singh.
I might have invested in the makers of Gravol, but …
I am short on trust and long on suspicion these days.
There was a time that I popped a low-dose of aspirin daily to thin my blood as a way to protest against a fatal heart attack. This was common wisdom for all aging men knowing that heart attacks were the #1 cause of death. Now I know better. I will only reach from an aspirin for a headache or if I felt symptoms of heart trouble - angina, for example.
My attitude towards aspirin in the same as my attitude towards every government actor and non-government group that participates in the three major forms of Cronyism: Crony-Capitalism, Crony-Socialism, Crony-Statism. I rely on Personal Responsibility and Individual Freedom of Informed Choice to the greatest possible extent and might only turn to one of those participants in cronyism if I were desperate and had no other option.
Maxime Bernier introduced those principles to Canadian politics along with Respect and Fairness. I have lost my respect for every Canadian who has voted for the “progressive socialist” policies of the Liberals, NDP, Green and BQ parties.
There is nothing respectful or fair about their choice to ask governments to tax me more and control my choices in every aspect of life. Respect and Fair would only result from allowing each citizen to OPT OUT of any responsibility for unfair and totalization policies and programs.
I am no longer proud to be Canadian thanks to Justin Trudeau, Jagmeet Singh and others who have made Canada unworthy of my pride.
I refuse to sing the anthem or stand before the flag because to do so is to signify that I still have pride in this country.
Hypocrisy is a plague in Canada.
If asked, the majority of citizens will claim to love this country. BUT, they will then secretly cast votes for nation-destroying political regimes that advance the cause of totalitarian Marxism.
Why do they vote this way? Has it been out of naïveté or personal greed? Do they really believe the “free stuff” promises of politicians, or do they just not care that the resulting tax increases will be shared by their neighbours.
Either way, it is unforgivable.
I am a proud Libertarian.
I can’t say this often enough:
TOO MUCH GOVERNMENT is the #1 PROBLEM IN CANADA.
LESS GOVERNMENT is the only way to stop the progression of Totalitarian Marxism.
Canada may never experience a Libertarian government in the way that Argentina currently is under President Javier Milei. However, a government does not need to be led by a “Libertarian Party” to be governed by Libertarian principles.
If the majority of citizens made it known that they will only vote for politicians who are 100% committed, as top priority over the next 4 years, to a 20% reduction in the size, cost and scope of authority at every level of government, every Canadian would see a resurgence in economic growth, citizen prosperity and even national pride!
If the 20% was accomplished with the ensuing national benefits, it would be the only proof that Canadians would need to turn away from any future politician who spouts Marxist lies of “free stuff” in the future.
This would trigger a national cultural shift towards more Personal Responsibility, mutual Respect, Fairness and Individual Freedom of Informed Choice that is badly needed in Canada today and for future generations.
Without Transparency, There Can Be No Democracy. Having a say in self-governance cannot exist unless the people are allowed to see the actual problems.
We need a new constitution. One 100% written and controlled by the people, using collective intelligence systems to write it.
Would you agree to this?
