“Green energy” is a lie. There’s nothing green about it!
The “green energy” con is ever-present, subversive and subtle. It’s words have more power than that produced by all of the energy produced by solar panels and wind turbines! - political energy!!
Green is the colour of life.
Mother Nature, through all of her offspring, loves to display the splendour of plant and tree life. Vistas of endless forests and sweeping grasslands evoke feelings of wonder, appreciation, and even joy in all who witness them.
The adjective “green” was clearly chosen by the architects of the Climate Change Alarmism movement in order to invoke the same positive feelings for white wind turbines and black solar panels. Green is their chosen colour to represent ,their preferred sources of energy - wind and sunshine. Odd that both are colourless with no green to be seen.
Black is the colour of death.
Coal and oil are black. They are referred to “fossil fuels” because they are sources of stored energy that are the fossilized remains of life which existed millions of years ago.
No one feels any anguish when burning a fossil fuel, but watch people scramble in fear and desperation when a fire breaks out in a living forest.
The power stored in words
If “green energy” had been called other names that were more accurate and descriptive, would the Climate Change activism movement have been much smaller?
The name ‘Photovoltaic Energy’ , instead of ‘solar farm’, doesn’t make me want to go out and hug a tree. Does it for you?
‘Wind Turbine Energy’ likewise invokes none of the “save Mother Nature” craving that the colour “green” can inspire.
The great Carl Jung wrote about the power of words to trigger emotional reactions which can arise from the subconscious mind. Words evoke psychic archetypes. These symbols exist in the human mind. They are alleged to represent significant events that occurred at various stages of human evolution.
The colour “green” is an archetype that holds great subconscious power to influence us today. It can and has been used to manipulate us to accept misinformation and disinformation about Climate Change, at the risk if our collective peril.
Modern civilization depends on cheap and reliable energy in massive quantities.
Modern man could face extinction. We could return to the short and brutish existence of our ancestors if the Green Energy advocates get their way. Their delusions of reaching “zero greenhouse gas emissions” by 2050 are not only misguided, but also very dangerous.
If only those advocates would read books like Fossil Future. Maybe then their delusions would disappear in a puff of smoke.
The power in one word is breathtaking.
That one adjective, “green”, has been leveraged in the Alarmists’ decades-long campaign to capture the subconscious minds of millions of scientifically naive citizens. The result has been a well-established ‘mass formation psychosis’ which elites have harnessed to wield enormous political power.
Read the book ‘Psychology of Totalitarianism’ by Dr. Mattias Desmet if you want to get an appreciation for the many mass formation psychosis events that have had profound impacts on human history.
No group hugs are likely anytime soon.
I don’t expect that Climate Change Alarmists will ‘group hug’ a tar sands open pit mining operation, or a pumping oil well anytime soon. I do hope, however, that they do undergo group therapy to put an end to their Chicken Little paranoia concerning fossil fuels.
If their phobias prove too great to overcome, perhaps the emotionally stable portions of the public ask to exclude the election votes of all citizens afflicted by the Climate Change phobia until such time that they have been cured.
