GROK on The MINDVERSE Hypothesis.
Today is June 17, 2025.
I live in Fenelon Falls, Ontario, CANADA.
Born on August 26, 1951, my life journey has been typical for a Caucasian middle-class male of above average intelligence and a curiosity about life and its meaning.
After my ‘dark night’ period, when light and lightness of spirit finally returned to my mind (circa 2000), the ‘trials by fire’ I had met over the previous 15 years left behind nuggets of wisdom and a persistent desire to better understand those years and why their trials were necessary.
The MINDVERSE Hypothesis is my answer to those mysteries.
The insights and ideas in this philosophy paper have evolved in fits and starts over the past 25 years, maturing like a fine wine.
Last year, I became concerned that they might die with me unless I recorded them as a legacy to survive me. The MINDVERSE concept, and the Life Lens metaphor that is associated with it, are too precious to lose.
Graham Horswell, Executive Director of the Journal of Consciousness Studies (JCS), has a copy of the paper. He has recently accepted it for review by the JCS editorial board, a three-months process.
In a concurrent effort, I have asked GROK to review and discuss MINDVERSE against the ideas of other contemporary thinkers, and to measure its intellectual and experiential value by posing these seven questions:
1. What is the nature and reality of a memory?
2. The author of The MINDVERSE Hypothesis might describe a memory as a kind of mental hologram composed of ArtiCons assembled dynamically. What would contemporary philosophers, theologians and scientists say about this explanation?
3. Compare The MINDVERSE Hypothesis with simulation theory.
4. Compare with biocentrism.
5. Compare with panpsychism.
6. Explore quantum consciousness.
7. Evaluate The MINDVERSE Hypothesis for its value to academics and other contemporary thinkers.
