It’s official. The Lancet is pure quackery!

Who ever wrote the linked article should be fired. So too should be the editorial staff that allowed it to be released to the world as a representative of scientific rsearch.

The first two sentences say it all:

Climate change is the biggest threat to global public health in the 21st century. From the increase in death and illness due to severe weather to worsening air quality, changing patterns of infection, and disruption to food supplies, the health effects of climate change are far reaching.

There was a time that I considered medical and scientific research journals as highly trustworthy. Now it seems that nothing is safe from the corrupting influences of money and power.
