Let me count the ways

I recently heard the American federal government called The CLOWN SHOW on a Tom Woods podcast. I have also heard it referred to as legalized and institutionalized organized crime, Mafia on steroids .

In Canada, does this sounds familiar?

If you EARN it, they tax it

If you SPEND it, they tax it

If you SAVE it, they tax it

If you INVEST it, they tax it

If you BUILD it, they tax it

If you SELL it, they tax it

If you LIVE IN it, they tax it

If you DRIVE it, they tax it

If you EAT it, they tax it

If you DRINK it, they tax it

If you GIVE IT AWAY, they tax it

When you DIE die, they tax it

Then they WASTE it.

What if you could OPT OUT?!

Throughout my lifetime, only two federal political parties governed Canada: Liberals and Conservatives. Sometimes they led minority governments propped up by another party. The NDP has kept Justin Trudeau in power for several years, and now the Bloc Québécois is doing the same.

While the Conservatives have been the LEAST BAD of these “tax & spend” clowns, they have still been guilty of letting the Canadian federal Clown Show get bigger and more lustful of the work efforts and earned incomes of every Canadian and business owner.

Hopefully the next government will be Conservative and Pierre Poilievre will be the first Prime Minister in my lifetime to roll back most of the excesses of Ottawa’s three-ring circus.

I have advocated for LESS GOVERNMENT since 1979

After being a candidate in three federal and seven provincial elections, I have had ZERO impact on the growth of the Clown Show.

Sadly, I’ve been just ONE TINY VOICE promoting economic freedom and personal responsibility.

I can’t complete with the cacophony of noise arising from within Canada’s vast electorate, state propaganda and corporate media that shill for bigger and bigger governments.

I wish I could OPT OUT

Many of our government spending programs are of no value to me or my family. I should not have to pay or be accountable to them and their regulations. Carbon taxes, for example, should not be an item in my family budget.

If Canadians can enjoy “online everything” in today’s digital economy, why can’t every taxpayer have the online facility described in Digital Direct Democracy to OPT OUT of being the government’s TAX & DEBT SLAVE?

Every Canadian can and should have the right to OPT OUT of many of the current governments programs and do so according to their personal circumstances and informed choice.

Public support is needed.

Until every Canadian knows that it is 100% possible to create an OPT OUT facility, too many Canadians will continue to elect the Big Spenders of the BORG (blue, orange, red and Green) parties.

Those Big Spenders, however, will oppose Digital Direct Democracy because they plan to be our SLAVE MASTERS for as long as our current sham of “electoral democracy” remains intact.
