My choice for POTUS
The November election is pathetic. In what universe can anyone with a strait face consider either Donald Trump and Kamala Harris the best that America has to offer 330 millions citizens and the world?
Senator Rand Paul
The son of Dr Ron Paul, perhaps the greatest living Libertarian in the USA and twice a candidate for president of the USA, would be my choice for POTUS in the upcoming presidential election.
Rand Paul brilliantly and skillful held Dr. Anthony Fauci’s feet to the fire in classic public congressional interviews to unveil America’s questionable programme to combat the Covid19 pandemic. He was tough, fair and principled when asking the tough questions that Americans demanded in their attempt to understand public health policies that were questionable, to say the least.
As US Senator from Kentucky since 2011, Rand has the experience and wisdom needed to navigate the halls of power in Washington and has the advantage of not carrying the political baggage of either Donald Trump or Kamala Harris.
As one of only a handful of Republican senators who identify as Libertarian, he can be counted upon to stay focused on trying to keep the federal “deep state” accountable to those Americans who want fewer wars, a declining national debt, and a more accountable Fed.
Honestly.
I shared this Honestly podcast interview with you to showcase what I know about this great American. Rand Paul is not flashy, not particularly charismatic and not boisterous like Trump or “packaged” like Harris.
BUT, Rand Paul has what America desperately needs right now.
A wise and articulate leader who presents a clear vision and formula to do what Trump wanted to do but failed - to Make America Great Again.
The Twilight Zone
I feel like I have been living in an “alternate reality” for the past decade.
It’s like the Twilight Zone show in the 1960s - a virtual reality, nightmarish experience of social, political and Economic insanity that seems to have no EXIT door or a sorely anticipated end in sight.
You put into words what I frequently tell people myself - just not as eloquently as you write.
I agree we live in a "Twilight Zone:" nightmare with no EXIT door. Unfortunately the end I anticipate is a communist dictatorship. The Marxist strategy of infiltrating many of our institutions is working.
