Pandemic Lessons Learned
I propose that a week of wages be garnished from every CBC employee to compensate the National Citizens Inquiry organizers for the great work they have done in the service of Canada.
Will the Government accept and acknowledge the NCI’s Lessons Learned?
The National Citizens Inquiry is continuing its national roadshow to gather testimony and information concerning the governments’ response to the pandemic. Its final stop will be Ottawa where the organizers hope to present to the Government of Canada the contents and summary of their findings. The NCI’s primary goal is to better prepare our officials for so future pandemics by avoiding the mistakes made these past three COVID-19 years.
I watched this testimony last night. https://rumble.com/v2kb7jk-maria-gutschi-pharmacist-and-regulatory-specialist-saskatoon-day-2-national.html. If Maria Gutschi’s testimony is any example of the many other expert testimonies, the value of the NCI’s work is enormous for every Canadian. If one considers Canada’s coordinated pandemic response as one massive project, then acquiring lessons learned from that project is a best practice according to the PMI.
Fortunately for Canadians, the NCI stepped up to do this work because it is NOT best practice for the government to evaluate its own performance as was the case with the POEC. In the Public Order Emergency Commission, the fox was assessed for his performance protecting the chickens, and the fox was exonerated for his many reported transgressions in spite of chicken feathers still protruding from his jaws.
I raise one question here.
Who will officially receive the NCI’s work when the roadshow arrives in Ottawa?
Will it be: Dr. Teresa Tam on behalf of Health Canada? Justin Trudeau as Prime Minister of all 36 million Canadians who he has sworn to protect and defend against harm and aggression? Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freedom while Justin yet again vacations on his Canadian expense account? Or will it be Pierre Poilievre, leader of the opposition in Parliament, as he continues to use such opportunities to singe Justin’s feet politically.
Note that the National Citizens Inquiry has received virtually no mainstream media coverage. YouTube blocked its recorded testimonies which is why Maria’s presentation is only available on Rumble. You can find endless examples televised Trudeau footage from the CBC but when it comes to the NCI’s important work, the government broadcaster is silent after accepting $1.2 billion in tax subsidies. The NCI is not funded by taxpayers but is doing the work that Canadians should expect from the CBC for our tax generosity.
My prediction.
When the NCI organizers arrive in Ottawa, Trudeau will not be there to greet them. Dr. Tam will claim to have not received the memo announcing their arrival and be absent. CBC journalists will be watching the arrival from behind a bush at a safe distance to avoid notice. A CTV journalist will report the sighting of the same anonymous man who flashed the Nazi flag at the Trucker Convoy in early 2022. Justin will subsequently use this flag incident as his excuse for avoiding an encounter will the radical Canadians of the NCI who espouse “unacceptable ideas”. Chrystia will threaten Canadian citizens once again stating that NCI donors will, when identified and caught, face blocked access to social media, personal bank accounts and potential arrest.
In contrast, the censorship-free alternative media will be abuzz with outrage. By the many thousands, they will call out the lack of respect directed at the 64,833 citizens who signed the NCI petition, the 133 concerned Canadians and 58 experts who testified, and the generous efforts of the NCI organizers who donated their time and effort to conduct these vital hearings in 8 Canadian cities.
Am I a pessimist about the Government of Canada conducting itself professionally and respectfully? Ya, I guess you might say I’m guilty as charged.
