Poilievre Unplugged
Politicians usually hide behind catchy slogans and slick promotions to sell themselves as viable leaders. Today’s long-form podcasts reveal the man behind the mask to our voters’ great benefit.
Poilievre has my vote.
I have followed Pierre since he was elected as CPC Leader. Before then, he was not on my radar.
As a former professional recruiter, I did what comes to me naturally- I investigated his background and career progression. After seeing that he was respected and trusted by my favourite Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, I paid closer attention to this dynamic, intelligent and principled young Conservative leader.
In recent months, I watch two long-form podcast interviews with Pierre as the guest. The first was hosted by Dr. Jordan Peterson. The second is linked below and was recently hosted by a podcaster, Shane Parrish, who was previously unknown to me. These discussions helped me to get a much better sense of the man who had taken on the leadership of the Conservative Party of Canada. I like him and what he wants to as Prime Minister.
Cut Costs, Grow Wages: Pierre Poilievre's Blueprint for Canada's Comeback
I recommend that everyone watch this podcast featuring Pierre Poilievre.
Pierre’s informed and thoughtful approach to leading Canada through these challenging times leaves me with confidence that he is a much better choice that Mark Carney - the globalist stooge of the WEF, UN, World Bank, IPCC, IMF and other institutions that seek to control Canada.
What’s more, Pierre is a family man with two young children and a wife know immigrated to Canada and appreciates the divisive conundrum that bedevils many Canadians over the Immigration topic. Pierre also clearly understands the Trudeau Liberals strategy to divide and conquer Canada. That was the sole purpose of Social Justice politics and it worked to divide Canadians on many levels.
A “Canada First” approach under a Poilievre Conservative majority will begin to restore the national unity that Canadians celebrates pre-Trudeau. Pierre describes this very well in this podcast and every Liberal, NDP and Green voter in Canada must hear this to understand what’s at stake if a Carney Liberal government is elected.
A LESS GOVERNMENT Advocate.
I have yearned for LESS GOVERNMENT for decades. DOGE in America is a brilliant way to reduce the size, cost and scope of authority while serving the interests of Main Street Americans. While Pierre will never admits to DOGE in public during an election, he certainly talks like a leader to plans to “right size” our governments to reduces the taxes and bureaucratic red tape that hampers our productivity and prosperity.
Boy oh boy you may lose some subscribers after this article declaring Stephen Harper was your favorite PM.
I hope that my admiration from Stephen Harper as PM is respected. My Life Lens is about my personal perspective and opinion on many topics. Everyone has a Life Lens of their own and no two are identical. Harper’s Masters Degree in Economics and his declaration that Fredrick Hayek was his favourite Economist was all I needed to know about him to understand the kinds of policy decisions he made regarding Canada’s economy.
Did Harper make some bad decisions? Of course he did - he is human. But he left Canada in far better shape than Trudeau, Martin or Chretien. IMHO
