‘Social Justice’ is not True Justice
‘Justice’ has a unique definition and meaning. When an adjective appears in front of it, know that its original meaning has been hijacked by people with biased, self-serving and manipulative goals.
Don’t Ya Just Luv Podcasts⁉️
Yesterday, I enjoyed a 70 minute trek on my cross-country skis along a local rail trail under perfect winter conditions.
I always listen to a podcast for activities like skiing and yesterday’s guest on the Tom Woods Show was someone who has world class expertise on the subject of Social Justice.
Dr. Wanjiru Njoya not only speaks eloquently on Social Justice topic from an historical and cultural perspective, she also explains how political forces have created so many classes of ‘?????? Justice’ as to destroys our memories of the true meaning of ‘justice’. It’s a fascinating discussion.
Wanjiru also showcased her expertise in ‘Cultural Marxism in America’ in this December podcast interview with Perry Atkinson, host on the Focus Today show.
Claude.ai helped identify some of the many ‘Frankenstein’ versions of ‘justice’:
Various forms of "justice" have emerged in Western nations over the past five decades, including:
1. Environmental Justice
2. Social Justice
3. Gender Justice
4. Climate Justice
5. Economic Justice
6. Restorative Justice
7. Reproductive Justice
8. Digital Justice
9. Food Justice
10. Disability Justice
11. LGBTQ+ Justice
12. Indigenous Justice
13. Educational Justice
14. Health Justice
15. Criminal Justice Reform
Each represents a specific lens for addressing systemic inequities within particular domains of social, political, and economic life. These emerged from social movements, academic discourse, and evolving legal and ethical frameworks seeking to address historical marginalization and structural inequalities.
Justice Defined
The Cambridge Dictionary defines ‘justice’ as a noun meaning: fairness in the way people are dealt with. Then it proceeds to elaborate on the word using examples.
Wanjiru expertly walks Tom and his listeners through the saga of how ‘justice’ has lost its meaning and its relevance in societies.
She identifies the forces of cultural Marxism as the culprits.
They have captured the minds of millions through active and persistent propaganda a landscape full of complicit public institutions and media.
While I have been aware of the corruption of language for a long while, it’s always a pleasure to hear a scholar address a topic so well as Dr. Njoya. She has that rare ability to name what I have been feeing for a long time. This episode is well worth your time.
Gene, an interesting article. In some circles there is a conspiracy theory attached to all that you listed.
Agreed. Hyphenated justice is never justice. The user of such language is always telegraphing a scam.
