To Fight The Good Fight (By Proxy If Necessary)

I don’t have their fame, stature, experience or resources to fight against a giant like Twitter, but I am sure pleased that these guys have taken on “the good fight”?

“Drs. Malone, Tyson and McCullough are highly qualified and credentialed physicians and scientists who posted truthful information on Twitter that contradicted the mainstream narrative regarding COVID-19 policy, diagnosis, and treatment.

“They shared fact-based information which furthered an important public interest as people around the world try to decide how to treat themselves and their loved ones for COVID-19. Twitter silenced them.

“Our clients seek to hold Twitter liable not as a Section 230 publisher, but as a counter-party to a contract, as a promisor who has breached the very terms it put in place to moderate tweets. We will hold Twitter accountable in court and prove the truth of our clients’ statements for the world to see.”

The above announcement was copied from the linked post from the Children’s Health Defence. I have found this organization to be a credible and reliable source of indispensable information since the pandemic began.

This law suit against Twitter is….

I hope this legal challenge will prove to be just the tip of the iceberg. We need a barrage of court cases against the leaders of the many corporate/legacy media enterprises who have perpetrated the worst kinds of propaganda against humanity.

“We, the people, will get our day in court” is wishful thinking, IMHO. However, at least a handful of our fearless freedom champions will stand before the courts on our behalf to “fight the good fight.

The following names should be on everyone’s watch list as these brave men attempt to take Twitter down a few pegs on our behalf.
