What black checker squares does he have, besides the general statism? The little that I know about him suggests that he's pretty squeaky clean - it seems like he's been fighting corruption and wrong-doing (in the environmental and big pharma domain) all his life?

I disagree. I think the mobs are, and always have been, in control. Politicians are just actors, just a "fun" distracting spectacle for the mob's entertainment. They just like to play the victim in a shallow and pathetic and absurd attempt to evade their guilty consciences. The mobs benefit greatly from the current immoralities. Try taking away some of their bribe-money and see how far any institution/leader will last.

That does seem to be the (painfully slow) trend of evolution - people are (painfully slowly) becoming more rational and less violent. (Btw, regarding Lex, I keep noticing probable tribal in-group preference :P. Apparently most of his guests (80+%?) were of his tribe, and he seems to be nicer and warmer with them? I sensed a lot of awkward tension in his interview with very-Catholic RFK, which I don't think can be explained any other way. The dude is a literal hero, and a champion of science and Lex's own brand of minarchism/capitalism - yet he was still quite hostile and cold with RFK, the ending was suspiciously curt and cold -- unlike, say, his interview with evil Pfizer Borla, or Michael Malice, or Yaron, etc. (I've also noticed this dynamic with other clashes, like the awkwardly hostile Gordon against Molyneux. Something to keep in mind!))
I don’t believe the “White Hats” , Aliens or Angels will save us. Yes , people with the right ideals (I happen to agree with Kennedy’s stated aims so I call them “right”.) can turn the tide of a nation given the popularity and position (power) to do so.
But...that leads me to ask - “How does a person espousing certain aims gain popularity?” He (or she) correctly reads the fears and desires of the people and utilizes media and public forums to champion them.
The statement “Our citizens are responsible for this problem because the majority voted for it.” Is a strong and prophetic one. We will continue (as long as democracy endures) to influence our leaders as much as they influence us.
I recently read in an email attributed to be from Pierre Pollieve “The PC party continues to be the forerunners of this freedom movement that is sweeping the nation.” I nearly choked on my tea.
Anyhooo...not to compare apples to oranges , or Pollieve to Kennedy but...the way to redirect our destiny is, and always has been, in the hearts of the individual.
