Anthony Furey is a good choice.

I was pleased to see that Anthony was recruited to lead this Foundation. I don’t know him personally, but I know his writing and some of the career choices he has made. He clearly understands that Economics is the study of people engaged in trade and that government intermediation of all trade must be kept to a minimum.

My wife and I both joined the Foundation yesterday. With my involvement in Civis4Reform and Advocates for Civil Society, I hope that Anthony will take my call. We have common interests and can help each other expand public awareness of our initiatives and attract people who share our goals.

URGENT: Balance the scales of power.

Ever since Pierre Elliot Trudeau was Prime Minister, political power arose from the influence, funding and support of special interest groups who lobbied government for money and self-serving regulations. While public sector labour unions are the largest and most influential of those special interest groups, others learned their strategy and we saw the rise of NGOs touting a variety of “urgent” causes ranging from climate change to gender-related issues.

Today, the socio-economic landscape is a matrix of crony relationships all trying to get access to the Honey Pot of Power. It holds the public “piggy bank” and the “cauldron of legislation” than continues to “boil toil and trouble” across Canada.

The political “left” and all of their “partners in power” have tip the scales decisively in their favour to use and abuse the Honey Pot to serve their selfish goals. A counterweight must be created to restore the balance of powers to serve all Canadians equally, fairly and respectfully under unbiased laws.

If only we could turn back the hands of time.

When I compare the career accomplishments of Frank Stronach to the resume of Justin Trudeau in 2015 when he was first elected, I wonder how Canada would look today without Justin. What if the wisdom of Mr. Stronach and his Seven-Point Program for a Better & More Prosperous Canada had been the playbook used by a truly competent national Leader if one were elected?

Hopefully, by the next federal election, Canadians have finally seen Trudeau for the anti-Canadian, globalist stooge that he has proven to be.

Men like Maxime Bernier and Pierre Poilievre are light years better choices for leadership than Justin. I would also like to see a key role for Dr. Leslyn Lewis and an advisory role for Dr. Jordan Peterson to tap into his international contacts and his growing network of experts. Perhaps we will even see Anthony Furey in the next federal election too?

Bring on 2024!

After the mess that Canadians have endured since 2019, I am hopeful that Canada has “hit bottom” and beginning to bounce back to repeal much of the Great Reset “New Normal” that the Liberal/NDP coalition has foist on Canadians.

Politically, the Liberals are a foe that can never be counted out of an election race. Their special interests group “partnerships” have deep pockets and enormous influence during and in between elections. This is all the more reason for groups like the Stronach Foundation and Civis4Reform must take root and grow. Join today.
