If it's possible to find integrous individuals who are out to be for the people's best interests in body, mind and soul and not out for profit and power. Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. We must be very wary! But a sovereign Ontario is a wonderful idea if it would be instituted to protect Ontarians rights and freedoms from the "globalist cabal" which will fail anyway because its based on falsehood and not on Truth.
Agreed. The devil is always in the details. I would prefer a province-wide referendum on the final wording of the bill BEFORE it goes to a vote in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario.
I am finishing my book and hope to have it on Amazon Kindle within days after too many delays.
My next project is this Ontario Sovereignty Act online petition which I hope to release AFTER the book project is complete. It may but be as good as an actual referendum, but if we can get 100,000 signatures, it will be a useful proxy for a referendum.
Do what I did. I became the Ontario Liberrarian Party candidate in my riding because it was the only way that I could count on ensuring that at least one name on the ballot was an Advocate for Less Government. Until you do this, you will remain just another invisible armchair Libertatian who will quietly mumble to yourself about the failures of government with no one there to hear you.
The first time I ran, 615 complete strangers voted for me and many were likely men like you who simply want their voice heard on the political stage. Step up! Become the OLP candidate!
Thanks for your comments. I understand you position on running for election. Maybe some day your circumstances will change and you can replace me as the OLP and LOPC candidate in the HKLB riding.

How close are we to a referendum? I like the idea. I hope there are enough awak Ontarians to make it happen.

Encouraging Gene.
