A friend who is a retired computer professional reminded me yesterday of this expression which was popular years ago. I realized that it still fits even today for AI platforms like ChatGPT.
I believe that cloudseeding is considered geoengineering, and has definitely been used for decades.
Recall that during a 2021 press conference, former Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister said something along the lines of "I want to thank the people in charge for making that rain available, keep up the great work". This was a non-sequitor when a reporter asked a question about the effectiveness of ivermectin.
As for Mr Wiggington, I believe that that he claims to be a retired engineer from Bechtel Power. One article claims that his personal residence was featured in an article in a magazine called "Home Power". He claims to be a proponent of "Green energy", but believes that the chemicals used in geoengineering are decreasing the output of solar panels, amongst other environmental consequences.
Agree with your thesis on GIGO, particularly with AI. One can find almost anything on the internet. Making sense of what is true is the real challenge.
My skepticism of fear-mongering promoters has grown after seeing too many people gain notoriety without much proof to support their claims. I will look further into Dane claims and look for proof, not just scary images and claims.
Gene, I disagree with your assessment of Dane Wigington. His work has been consistent and science backed over the years. Chemtrails are visible and verifiable by many other sources than Dane. To call his work exposing the truth as fear mongering is a game played by both sides. To know the difference is where the real challenges lie. That is up to the individual as to what they choose. Fear, or the truth ?
This seems to be an honest delivery from GROK or as honest as we could expect without embellishment . For most this could deliver at least a bowl of hopium, Myself included.
So as Richard says, knowing the difference is the challenge. The challenge always comes down to will is stand up to court scrutiny. THANKS GENE I did hear a random complainant (forget where) that went directly to their local air field and actualey confront the two pilots who did not deny their well paid seeding operation I thought that this would stand up in court. Never heard more.
