Kennedy gets it!

No candidate for President is perfect. I favoured Robert Kennedy Jr before he stepped down to support Trump. This short video clip is one example of why RKJ impressed me as the best POTUS choice.

The shifting sands of global power.

Corporatism is a term that we hear with increasing frequency these days by citizens who are finally coming to get a glimpse the power dynamics behind the global economy.

It’s a story of monopoly and oligopoly fiefdoms that are engaged in a money laundering operation that makes the Bernie Madoff Ponzi scheme seem trivial - just one more news story that comes and goes briefly then fades into obscurity.

Kennedy describes the back room operations of the global corporatist cabal members which includes corporate defence contractors (the “Military Industrial Complex”) and several agriculture industry giants. Most if not all of these beneficiaries of war are ultimately tied to investment behemoths like BlackRock. It's a manifestation of imperialism unlike any other in human history because all past imperialist campaigns emanated from the government leaders of one dominant nation who sought empire expansion through military conquest.

The modern type of imperialism is not tied to one country and not pursued exclusively by military means.

Instead, its coordinated and funded by supra-national groups of men and women who possess, and are drunk with, way too much money, power and ambition.

There’s more to the story.

Trump gets it too.

Back in 2015, an unlikely candidate named Donald Trump beat the odds and was crowned POTUS. His populist message to blue collar Americans was the need to “drain the swamp” in Washington DC and on Wall Street to return America to its people. After his victory, the “swamp creatures” (Trump’s characterization of the establishment supporters of corporatism) fought back with a vengeance. They placed every conceivable roadblock in his path to ensure he could not accomplish what he had promised to the American prople.

Over the years, the swamp has grown in size and spread to flood the entire planet. The “faces” of genuine power now seem more mythical than real.

Trump is still standing tall.

Love him or hate him, Trump is a different man than he was in 2016 when he first took office. He is no longer naive about the limited powers of the White House. He also has acquired a much greater appreciation for the powers of his adversaries and how far they are willing to go the undermine his authority and destroy his reputation with the American public. If the “Deep State” and the corporatist Power Cabals decide to work through their mutually-loyal Democrate party and “uni-party” counterparts within the Republican ranks, then there is no end to the roadblocks they can create.

Furthermore, Trump now has nine years of federal politics behind him. He has a much better understanding of who to align himself with politically. Choices like J.D. Vance and Robert Kennedy Jr reveal a maturity in his judgment that was not there in 2015 and his resolve is impressive. Even an assassination attempt has not stopped him.

The Democrat’s coronation of Kamala Harris as their Potus candidate is proof that the reign of corporatism is still at play.

The Democrats (and some Republican too) are the primacy handmaidens of the corporatist masters who mandate and finance them to secure the powers of the White House, Congress, the Senate and the Judiciary.

Corporate lobbyists are already well-connected within the Deep State. They follow their orders passed down by their corporatist paymasters.

All play essential roles to keep the corporatist steamroller moving forward.

Hope

Some American citizens apparently like the idea of America being governed by a top-down regime of power not unlike how 1.4 billion citizens are governed in China. This is true in Canada too. While I admire some aspects of the Chinese nation, its form of government is not one of them.

Let’s hope for the best outcome in November. Since I am not American and am unable to vote, hope is all I got.
